UK Digital Rights are going to be amended

Peter Mandelson is working on the proposal of the UK Digital Rights amendment plan after EU have agreed to change the famous Paragraph 183 to force cut-off’s to internet piracy offenders, who are abusing the usage rights by downloading illegal software, music and movies from the Internet.
